AIVY Compact™
Plug, Play & Breathe
AIVY CompactTM is a cartridge dry dust collector that can efficiently handle a wide range of flows: between 1,000m3/h and 20,000m3/h.
Designed as a Plug & Play system, it integrates all the necessary elements for an agile and easy commission and start-up, which saves time on installation, as it requires nothing more than plug and play.
AIVY CompactTM is a compact and modular solution, what enables combining different units to achieve higher levels of filtration when needed, providing a clear advantage in terms of space and time invested.
An extremely adaptable filtration solution, it’s final configuration can be adapted to the customer’s specific needs by simply selecting optional components and layout.
AIVY Compact SPK™
The Spark-proof solution
AIVY Compact SPKTM cartridge dry dust collector has been designed to specifically meet the high safety standards required for air filtration in the metalworking industry.
The spark arrestor incorporated at the inlet prevents incandescent particles generated during different metal transformation processes from entering the chamber and reaching the cartridges.
Available at several sizes, it can handle a wide range of air flow rates, from 1,000 m³/h to 20,000 m³/h. AIVY Compact SPKTM , integrates all the necessary elements for immediate start-up, reducing the footprint, simplifying maintenance and providing an improved performance.
AIVY RC™
Born for big challenges
AAF’s AIVY RCTM is a modular cartridge dry dust collector highly efficient in a wide range of air flows: from 4,000m3/h up to 125,000m3/h. Adaptable and configurable, it allows increasing the number of cartridges depending on the filtration needs by simply adding additional modules.
Several options for the final layout are available to meet the customer’s specific needs. Size, height and discharge system are configurable, but also the final layout as well as other extra options for an improved customer’s experience.
Compliant with ATEX regulations for explosive atmospheres and with a small footprint, AAF’s AIVY RCTM provides the advantages of a standard unit and the versatility of a tailor-made configuration, in a highly flexible filtration solution while efficient, even when used in the most challenging industrial applications.
FabriPulse® M
A high-capacity bag dust collector in a compact size
FabriPulse® M is a high-efficient air filtration solution in mid-large volume airflows, from 2,000 CFM up to 11,000 CFM, for applications with high dust concentrations.
Its key advantage is its compact size. Designed with a fixed height to meet the needs of plants with height limitations, several sizes with incremental width dimensions are available on this dust bag collector so that higher capacity is provided.
This configuration, in combination with the bag system that incorporates a cassette allowing the replacement of all the bags at once, ensures a quick and easy filter change-out. The cassette can be accessed from side doors instead of top, which simplifies the operation and makes it quicker.
FabriPulse® L
The Plug & Play bag dust collector
FabriPulse® L bag dust collector is a Plug & Play solution with demonstrated efficiency in the extraction of hydroscopic and other hard to handle dust. Specially designed for small applications from 600m3/h up to 5000m3/h, this compact equipment integrates all elements needed for an immediate start-up while ensuring a minimum footprint on plant floor.
One of the key advantages of FabriPulse® L is its extremely simplified maintenance. The AAF exclusive bag system, that utilizes a cassette allowing the user to replace all the bags at once, enhances accessibility to the plate, and ensures quick and easy change out from the side maintenance doors instead of the top.
Several final configurations and layout options are available so that the solution meets the need of any customer in industries such as Food & Beverage, Pharma, Chemical or Industrial Minerals.
FabriPulse® Fusion
Best-in-class bag dust collector for large airflows
FabriPulse® Fusion is a modular bag dust collector designed for large airflows in processes and applications with high dust concentrations; starting from 15,000m3/h, can handle up to 150,000m3/h, or more as additional modules can be added.
Beyond a dust collector, FabriPulse® Fusion is a process filter that can work off-line as well as on-line in continuous operation through on-line pulse-jet cleaning, which makes this equipment a strategic part to ensure the best process performance.
FabriPulse® Fusion air filtration solution shows superior efficiency when operating in challenging environments where, apart from small dust particles, other pollutants such as plastics can become harmful to the process and the environment.
RotoClone® N
A customizable wet collector for high dust concentrations
The RotoClone® N is a wet dust collector that combines the flexibility of a highly customizable air filtration solution with the superior performance that only robust equipment can offer when operating in challenging environments and industries.
Available in three different arrangements and with a comprehensive list of sizes (from 10 to 15 on each arrangement), this dust extraction system is designed to meet a large range of filtration needs in applications with volumes from 1,400 to 48,000 CFM.
The RotoClone® N has been specially designed to handle sticky dust in industries with high humidity processes while ensuring continuous operation. NFPA compliant, it’s the ideal solution for explosive atmospheres on industries such as plastic & rubber, industrial minerals, or aggregates.
RotoClone® LVN
A wet dust collector for small metalworking applications
RotoClone® LVN is a compact and easy to use wet dust collector, specially designed to meet the needs of metalworking industries when filtering small applications under 2,000 CFM.
Available in two standard sizes and with intuitive controls to ensure a simple operation and an easy maintenance. The key advantage of this industrial dust filter is its ability to recirculate indoor air.
NFPA compliant, recirculation becomes safe when handling highly explosive dust from metalworking applications, while reducing the operational and energy costs.
