Flamefast UK Ltd is currently looking for Proposals Engineer to join our expanding Industrial Extraction Division (FXS), reporting directly to the General Manager of FXS. Your Primary role will be to work with the Area Sales team in a supporting role, producing accurate quotations in a timely & efficient manner. Liaising with suppliers and customers alike, you will build up a rapport with our existing and new supply chain dealing with supporting quotations and information as required. The quotations will be vetted by the sales team before being submitted to the client. Our quotations will follow a set template which we can develop as we continue to grow efficiently. The ideal candidate will share our core values while demonstrating the required qualifications and experience needed. A positive attitude and willingness to assist with the growth of the Industrial Extraction Division.

Flamefast UK Ltd is a well-established company with offices based in Warrington and Paisley. Our products and services vary from manufacture & supply of Gas Safety Systems to the install and servicing of Educational D&T workshops along with Industrial Dust & Fume Extraction Systems. We are also renowned for our Flamefast manufactured hot metal & foundry equipment.

About the role:
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for producing quotations in a timely efficient manner.
- Build & maintain relationships with customers and product suppliers.
- Produce AutoCAD 2D drawings if and when required to support the sales efforts.
- Report on number of quotations produced and values.
- Work with sales team to ensure cohesion between sales and client.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering background
- AutoCAD Experience 2D would be ideal
- Conversant with MS Office Programs
- The ability to explain processes and ideas
- Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent decision maker
Benefits, Salary & Other:
Salary will be based on experience. Working hours will be approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days. The role is 100% office based at our Warrington office in Birchwood. Any additional training required for you to fulfil your duties in an effective manner will be provided and funded by the business. INTERVIEW

Interviews are conducted at either the head office in Warrington (Unit 1, Heaton Court, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6QU), or our Ravenhurst (10 Ravenhurst Court, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6PN) offices depending on position applying for.
