APPLICATION SCREENING & SCREENING INTERVIEW
Our hiring team will shortlist potential candidates from the applications received.
Shortlisted candidates will then be contacted either via phone or email for a screening interview or to arrange proceeding to the next phase.

INTERVIEW
Candidates invited to the interview will be interviewed by HR and the relevant team based on the position applying for. Interviews are conducted at either the head office in Warrington (Unit 1, Heaton Court, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6QU), or our Ravenhurst (10 Ravenhurst Court, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6PN) offices depending on position applying for.

SECOND INTERVIEW
In some instances a second interview may be needed.
